Account registration

Use of the Services

• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to access source code.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Trial access converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless canceled. You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and applicable fees.

Customer data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Crewflow a limited license to host, process, and display your data to provide the Services. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your users or customers.

Acceptable messaging

If you enable email or SMS notifications, you represent that you have obtained required consent and will honor opt-out requests. Message frequency may vary.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm Crewflow or other users.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
